DESCRIPTION |
 |
"The
Circle of Life" was created to honor our
relationship with all the natural elements of the earth.
The four sections of the circle symbolize the four
seasons of the year, the four races of people, the four
directions and the four trails from the spirit world
referred to in our prayer.
The Thunderbird, one of the most powerful creative
elements from the spirit world and often a part of our
ceremonies, stands in the center. The two cranes that
surround the circle and connect to the roots represent
our spiritual relationship with the earth. The white
section of the circle symbolizes one’s wholeness with
god’s creation. The wavy lines signify our prayers and
songs to the spirit world, the Great Spirit.
